Service Card Object 

Definition

An object used to map a service card, for example a fuel card, in the CRM system. The object contains the data of a specific fuel card, such as the card number.

Use

During a leasing deal, you create a fuel card as an object in the master data of the CRM system.

You must enter the following information:

• Object ID and a description of the object
• Base category ID
• Object family: SAP provides the leasing-specific object family 0312 (Service Card)
• Reference product ID

You can integrate any number of fuel cards as service contract items in a leasing document.

Integration

The system uses the data of an object (for example, fuel card) to check the invoices from external service providers in the ERP system. For more information, see Distribution of Identification Data for Objects.
