Enterprise – CRM Mobile
SAP ECC sales contracts and CRM sales contracts can be downloaded to the mobile application.
· You have activated the mobile bridge for sales contracts.
· You have assigned the necessary subscriptions to the mobile client.

· The Customizing settings for sales contracts are identical in CRM Enterprise and CRM Mobile.

Note if you also wish to display SAP ECC sales contracts, these Customizing settings must also be identical. For more information, see Data Exchange for Sales Contracts: SAP ECC – CRM Enterprise.
· CRM sales contracts and SAP ECC sales contracts are displayed on the mobile client.
· If you create a sales order in Mobile Sales, the mobile client does not immediately determine whether a contract exists (and therefore create a release order). Contract determination takes place when the sales order is uploaded to CRM Enterprise, and the system updates the contract information accordingly. If there is more than one appropriate contract, the sales order contains an error message informing you of such and you can choose the correct contract in CRM Enterprise.
· You cannot create or change contracts in Mobile Sales.
