Pricing in SAP CRM is carried out using the IPC (Internet Pricing and Configurator). Pricing is used in business transactions (sales orders, service processes, contracts, quotations and so on) to determine an appropriate price (for example, time-related or customer-specific).
Pricing is automatic. It may be necessary however, for a sales employee to change the pricing result as a result of pricing negotiations, or to supplement it using reductions. In this case, it is possible to make manual changes in the business transaction.
