Leasing Documents
The leasing document contains all the important information about an existing or future leasing transaction. The leasing transaction is processed largely using the leasing documents Financing Quotation and Financing Contract.
The lessor and lessee use one leasing document to process the leasing transaction. Based on master data and Customizing data, the leasing document contains and manages the main information about the lease structure, the payment schedule and the end-of-lease options.
You create a quotation or contract on the CRM Web client user interface (CRM Web client UI). To do this, you must have done the following:
· You have entered the business partner data in the master data for the CRM system.
· You have created in the system the product to be financed with the product type Material.
You have created
the financing product in the system with the product type
Financing.
· In the case of full service leasing, you have created the required service contract products with the product type Service.
You can process the leasing document using a number of different actions. The development of a document from quotation to the conclusion of a financing transaction is mapped using different system statuses. The transaction history records the further processing of a leasing document.
On the CRM Web client UI, you can create a user-specific structure for a leasing document by choosing Personalize to insert or remove assignment blocks. The standard system includes the assignment blocks General Data, Product, Partner, Financing Plan, Actions, Status Management, and Prices.
