Use

You can indicate the days within the calculated schedule that have locked shifts. Locking shifts for a day instructs calculation processing to produce the schedule without further changes to agents’ schedules for the specified day or days.

Caution

You use this feature when you have manually entered a schedule and you want to ensure that schedule processing does not change what you have entered.

Click the check box next to the day(s) of the week you want to specify as having locked shifts.
