CRM-BE Framework (AP-RC-BEF)

The name given to the Customizing data of the Billing Engine Framework (BEF).

Metadata is used by the generation program of the BEF to generate a specific Billing Engine Application (BEA).

Metadata stipulates among other things

• Which structures should be used (in the billing due list and the billing documents of a BEA, for example)
• Which services should be run for the billing due list and the billing documents
• Which business fields and internal fields should be used in a BEA
