Easy Enhancement Workbench for Installed Base Management 

Purpose

With the Easy Enhancement Workbench, you can add new fields to the data model of installed base management. SAP CRM supports you in the integration of these fields in the user interface.

Process Flow

You use the business object Installed Bases (INSTALLED_BASE) and the extension type ADDITION to extend the installed base component, or INSTALLED_BASE for extensions to the installed base header.

Technical Implementation

The extensions of the corresponding structures take place by means of the customer enhancements CI_EEW_IBIB for the installed base header, and CI_EEW_IBSP for the installed base component.
