Determination Usage for Short-Term Trade Promotion Planning
Condition table 172 is delivered for the Price Determination usage with the key fields Campaign ID (CMPGN_ID) and Material (MATNR).
We recommend you define new condition tables in Customizing for SAP ECC under Sales and Distribution ® Basic Functions ® Pricing ® Pricing Control ® Define Condition Tables ® Create Condition Tables. For example, you can additionally define the following condition tables.
· Condition table 523 with key fields Campaign ID (CMPGN_ID) and Material (MVGR1)
· Condition table 524 with key fields Campaign ID (CMPGN_ID), Customer (KUNNR) and Material (MATNR)
· Condition table 525 with key fields Campaign ID (CMPGN_ID), Customer (KUNNR), and Material (MVGR1)
· Condition table 526 with key fields Campaign ID (CMPGN_ID), Customer (KUNNR), Main Group and Material (PRODH1), Group (PRODH2), and Subgroup (PRODH3)
· Condition table 527 with key fields Campaign ID (CMPGN_ID), Main Group (PRODH1), Group (PRODH2), and Subgroup (PRODH3)

1. In Customizing for SAP ERP, create a new pricing procedure, for example ZCP001, under Sales and Distribution ® Basic Functions ® Pricing ® Pricing Control ® Define and Assign Pricing Procedures.
2. In the same IMG activity, assign condition types ZCP0 and ZCP1 to pricing procedure ZCP001.
3. In Customizing for SAP ERP, create a new customer pricing procedure, for example ‘Z’, under Sales and Distribution ® Basic Functions ® Pricing ® Pricing Control ® Define and Assign Pricing Procedures ® Define Customer Pricing Procedure.
4. Maintain the determination of the pricing procedure in Customizing for SAP ERP under Sales and Distribution ® Basic Functions ® Pricing ® Pricing Control ® Define and Assign Pricing Procedures ® Define Pricing Procedure Determination.
Make the following (example) settings:
