Swapping Shifts 

Use

You can trade two employees’ schedules when they are within the same work area and have the same characteristics by:

·        Clicking on the check box next to the two employee names.

·        Clicking Swap.

You cannot include more than two employees in a swap. The employees you do select must have exactly the same characteristics in order to swap their schedules.
