Update of Lease Items
The CRM system transfers the billing documents created in CRM Billing to the ERP system and posts the documents in Contract Accounts Receivable and Payable (FI-CA).
The
billing documents are available in SAP Customer Relationship Management
(SAP CRM). For more information, see
Billing.
● When you transfer billing documents to Contract Accounts Receivable and Payable, the system generates open items for the documents. When you receive payment for your invoices from customers, the system clears the corresponding open items.

● If your leases contain service items in addition to lease items, you can use agency business to update the lease items together with the service items. You can then group together invoices containing lease items and service items.
