Master Data in SAP NetWeaver BI 

Use

In the SAP Trade Promotion Management Business Scenario, you use the following master data.

Procedure

...

        1.      In SAP NetWeaver BI, activate the InfoSources given in the table below.

        2.      In the source system, activate the DataSources given in the table below and replicate the DataSources in SAP NetWeaver BI.

To replicate the metadata of a DataSource in SAP NetWeaver BI, choose Source System Tree ® Your Source System ® Your Application Components ® Your DataSource ®Context Menu (right mouse button) ®Replicate DataSources.

Assign the DataSources to the InfoSources as shown in the table and activate the related transfer rules.

        3.      Schedule an InfoPackage and start it.

Load the master data in the following order:

                             a.      Standard attributes and texts for the following InfoObjects:

                                                  i.       0BARTNER

                                                 ii.       0CRM_PROD

                                               iii.       0PROD_CATEG

                                               iv.       0BP_GRP

                                                v.       0CUSTOMER

                                               vi.       0MATERIAL

                             b.      Additional attributes from SAP CRM for:

                                                  i.       0CUSTOMER

                                                 ii.       0MATERIAL

                             c.      Hierarchies for

                                                  i.       0CRM_PROD

                                                 ii.       0BPARTNER (optional)

                             d.      Attributes for

                                                  i.       0CRM_MKGUID

                                                 ii.       0CRM_MKTELM (optional)

                             e.      Attributes and texts for WBS_ELEMT
