Procedure documentation Building Indexes Locate the document in its SAP Library structure

Prerequisites

You are in the Archive Administration: Initial Screen (transaction SARA). You have entered the name of the archiving object in the Object Name field.

Procedure

  1. Choose Index.

    2. The Build/Delete Index dialog box appears.

  2. Choose Build Index.

    3. The Archive Administration: Build Index screen appears.

  3. Maintain the variant, the Archive Selection, the Start Date and the Spool Parameters.
  4. Choose Execute.
