You can use actions to trigger alerts when something unexpected or potentially damaging for your enterprise occurs in your sales process. For example, if a contract of high value is cancelled without warning, or an important opportunity is suddenly lost, an alert can be triggered so that the responsible party is notified, helping speed up the processing of critical situations.

Integration

Actions for alerts are used in combination with Alert Management.
