The actions appear with the conditions in the list assigned to the action profile.
The first time you call up the action profile you have to import the action definitions to the list via Create.
The following information is displayed in the list:

Name of schedule condition
Name of start condition
Stop indicator
The stop indicator ensures that the conditions of following actions are not evaluated if the condition is fulfilled.
You can execute the following functions in addition to the functions in the standard list:

The following functions appear when you have selected an action template:

Note
If you call up the delete and transport functions via the Action Profiles screen area, you obtain all action templates that are assigned to the selected action profile.
On the Schedule Condition tab page, enter a name for the schedule condition.
Go to change mode.
Enter the conditions.
For more information about this procedure, see condition editor. You can use the attributes of the object type and the date rules of the date profile and system fields defined in the action definition as expressions.
Note
If you use system fields, note that the date and time fields in the system are of a different format to the dates in the date profile. For this reason, use the current date of the date profile as comparison date, instead of the system date.
On the Start Condition tab page, repeat steps 1 to 3 .
Save your changes.
If you do not want to adopt the settings from the action definition for the action template, deselect the option Default Setting from Action Definition on the Overview tab page. Afterwards you can change settings.
If actions are to be scheduled automatically when the schedule condition is fulfilled, select Schedule Automatically.
Save your changes.
Note
We recommend that you retain the Default Setting from Action Definition and that you make changes to the action definition as required.
