Daily Schedule Page
You view and edit the daily schedules for agents within the selected org unit on the Daily Schedule Page. You see this page when you select Workforce Management ® Schedules ® Daily Schedule à Schedule View from within the Interaction Center Manager’s portal.
The schedule includes the following information for each agent:
· Availability
· Shifts
· Breaks
· Schedule events
The bottom of the page includes a graphical display of the day’s coverage for the selected org unit so that you can see the immediate impact that schedule changes have on the coverage.

Coverage is the number of people scheduled versus the calculated amount of work for each quarter hour of the day representing the forecasted workload.
