You can create, edit, and display reports in SAP Customer Relationship Management (CRM). CRM interactive reports retrieve data in real-time. You create these reports in the CRM WebClient UI with the help of a wizard, which leads you through the individual steps. You can then release these reports for certain users. You do not require a separate SAP NetWeaver Business Intelligence (SAP NetWeaver BI) system to be able to use CRM interactive reports.

Prerequisites

  • You have installed a separate SAP NetWeaver BI client on the CRM server.

  • You have completed the configuration steps necessary to set up reporting. For more information, see SAP Solution Manager.

Features

You can display reports in table and charts. The following chart types are available:

  • Column chart

  • Line chart

  • Pie chart

  • Bar chart

  • Stacked column chart

You can use these reports to analyze data in many different ways, including a breakdown of individual documents. The report data is retrieved in real-time. You can export report data to Microsoft Excel and print reports.
