If errors occurred when transferring data from SAP ECC to SAP CRM, you have the option to correct records.

Starting Corrections from SAP CRM

Using a request (transaction R3AR2 and R3AR4), you can request records for a KNUMH (SAP ECC key) from SAP ECC. In SAP ECC, all records are then extracted for the corresponding variable key and transferred to SAP CRM. In SAP CRM, the corresponding records are replaced with the new records.

Starting Corrections from SAP ECC

Alternatively, you can also start correction from SAP ECC using a report. The report CRSCNA01 is an example report that extracts data changed in a particular time frame. You can copy this report and use your own selection criteria.
