Setting Up Transaction Types for Contract Management 

Use

The Chargeback application supports only one type of transaction: chargeback claims. You must define this transaction type as described below and map it to the Chargeback application. The transmission report contains summarized information on the transmission received from the channel partner. You must maintain Customizing entries to set up the transmission report.

In the Implementation Guide (IMG), choose Customer Relationship Management ® Channel Management ® Channel Sales ® Define New Transaction Type.
