● You want to give the user the authorization to see all invoice claims in his or her own territory, as well as in any subordinate territories. That is, you want to grant display authorization for all invoice claims that meet the following condition:
The employee responsible for the invoice claim either belongs to a territory to which the user to whom you want to grant authorization also belongs, or is assigned to a subordinate territory of the user's territory.
To grant such an authorization, you need to provide the user with an authorization profile that includes authorization object CRM_ORD_TE, and you need to make the following entries in the fields of CRM_ORD_TE for this user:
○ In field ACTVT: ‘03’
'03' is for Display.
○ In field PR_TYPE: ‘CSRI’
'CSRI' is the technical name of business transaction type Invoice Claim.
○ In field TERR_ASSGN: ‘B’
B stands for Indirect Assignment (that is, the user can access business transactions in his or her own territories and in all territories beneath them).
If you enter A instead of B in this field, you grant the user access to business transactions in his or her own territories only, not to business transactions in lower-level territories.
