History for Installed Base Components (SAP Easy Access) 
You can gain an overview of the component history in the structure view of the installed base.
This function is available on the SAP Easy Access screen in installed base processing.
The system documents and saves changes made to components along with administrative data relating to the change; it generates change master records. This allows you to call up the following information at any point in time:
Who made the change
When the change was made
Whether components were moved
Whether changes were made to the data in component fields
Which changes were made in the following fields: Description, Identification, Sort String, Item, Quantity, and Base Unit
