Activities in the Calendar 
You can use the calendar to create activities, for example, appointments, interaction logs and tasks.
You can integrate the SAP CRM calendar with a Microsoft Outlook or IBM Lotus Notes calendar. For more information, see Groupware Integration.
For activities to appear in the calendar, you must activate the Calendar flag in the following:
The Customizing header for the activity type in Customizing for Customer Relationship Management, under
The partner determination procedure for the activity type, in Customizing for Customer Relationship Management, under
You must do this for each partner in the procedure for whom a calendar entry is to be displayed.
