Managers can send messages to agents in real time using broadcast messaging. Agents can receive messages, but cannot send messages. For more information, see the business user documentation under   Tell Me About...   Interaction Center   Broadcast Messaging  .

Prerequisites

  • You have made the settings for broadcast messaging in Customizing for Customer Relationship Management (CRM), by choosing   Interaction Center WebClient   Additional Functions   Define Broadcast Messaging Profiles  .
