Interaction Center (IC) managers can use this transaction to maintain technical settings needed for IC manager applications, such as the IC manager dashboard.

Prerequisites

  • You have defined RFC destinations in transaction SM59.

  • You have defined the Communication Management Software system IDs in the SAP Menu under   Interaction Center   Interaction Center WebClient   Administration   Communication Management Software   Interface Settings   Maintain Communication Management Software Connections  .

Activities

  1. In the SAP Menu choose   Interaction Center   Supporting Processes   IC Structure   Change Organization and Staffing  .

  2. Maintain the following information, as needed:

    1. Assign the profile(s) to one or more organizational objects.

      1. Select the organizational object and choose   Goto   Detail Object   Enhanced Object Description  .

      2. Under the tab Active, in the Infotype Name list, choose   IC Manager Profile   Create Infotype  .

      3. Choose the profile you maintained above.

      4. When you are finished, activate the profile.

      The settings apply to anyone who is associated to that organizational object.
