Maintaining Transmission Settings for Contract Management 

Use

The Contract Management scenario supports three types of IDOCs for inbound and outbound processing.

Outbound

Bid Award Based on ANSI EDI845 (Price Authorization Acknowledgement / Status):

This contains contract prices and end customers who are eligible for those prices on the contract. This information is sent to channel partners.

This contains chargeback errors and adjustments done to claim lines. This information is sent to channel partners.

Chargeback Request based on ANSI EDI844:

This contains the chargeback claim request (product, partner, price, ship dates, etc.) from channel partners. In addition, resubmissions are also supported .

You must maintain the following general transmission settings using the Customizing activities as mentioned below.

Procedure

Outbound

To send out a bid award, you must create the sites, map the site to interface type and maintain partner profiles.

Creating Sites and Subscriptions

...

       1.      In the Implementation Guide (IMG), choose Customer Relationship Management ® CRM Middleware & Related Components ® Exchanging Data with External Components ® XIF Adapter Setup ® Outbound Direction ® Create Sites and Subscriptions.

       2.      Follow the instructions of the IMG documentation and use the following data:

¡        Site type:External interfaces for IDOCs

       2.      Follow the instructions of the IMG documentation and use the following data:
