Send Target Group to Channel 
In campaign automation, the workflow samples that belong to the campaign automation task set can be assigned to individual campaign elements.
The Send Target Group to Channel workflow transfers the specified target group(s) to the communication medium defined for the campaign element.
Prerequisites
Classify the workflow template as a General Task.

After starting the campaign, the workflows are scheduled and executed automatically. For this reason, no type linkages need to be made for this workflow template.
Process
The Send Target Group to Channel workflow transfers the target group(s) that were assigned to the campaign element to the communication medium defined for the campaign element.
The following campaign element data is checked as part of campaign process modeling: The communication medium and segment must be available, and the indicator 'Start for Every Respondent' must be deactivated.
