In campaign automation, the workflow samples that belong to the Campaign automation task set can be assigned to individual campaign elements.
The workflow Authorization by Employee Responsible is used as a milestone in the process. The employee responsible is required to oversee and monitor campaign execution.
Classify the workflow sample as a General task. In addition, the possible processors must be specified for online task TS 14008004 (authorization by employee responsible), in order to clearly define the organizational responsibility for processing.

.After starting the campaign, the workflows are scheduled/performed automatically. For this reason, no type linkages need to be made for this workflow sample.

He/she can continue or stop execution of the campaign in a dialog and can be specified via the Employee responsible attribute of the campaign element.
During campaign automation, as described in Modeling Elements in Campaign Automation, the following campaign element data is checked: the Employee responsible attribute must exist. The employee entered there must be assigned a user.
