The following workflow templates are provided in External List Management. You can find details on workflow templates in the following documentation and in the IMG under Customer Relationship Management -> Marketing -> External List Management -> Implement Workflow Customizing.

Template WS14000029 is used to process the work steps for an address list. This template must not be changed, otherwise correct processing of the address list cannot be guaranteed.

Template WS14000129 can be used to give notification of the user that started the processing of an address list.

Workflow template WS14000111 is needed to correct the outbound contact counter, if an outbound contact cannot be performed.

Example:

During a campaign, you want to contact a business partner in an address list by telephone. When the call list was created, the outbound contact counter for this business partner increased.

In the Interaction Center, the agent now determines that the specified telephone number is incorrect. The agent sets a status for the entry in the call list that starts a workflow for template WS14000111. This workflow reduces the outbound contact counter for the business partner.
