Use

When you create a client copy, the CRM Client Copy Assistant starts automatically if you have activated it beforehand. The CRM Client Copy Assistant then leads you step-by-step through the client copy process.

Procedure

       1.      Use transaction SM30 to call the VCRM_CC_ACTIVE view.

       2.      The default setting in the view is deactivated, that is, no CRM CC exits are called. Activate the setting

Result

You have now activated the CRM Client Copy Assistant.
