Assigning Linked Objects
CRM Case Management currently supports assigning activity template linked objects to categories. You can assign one or more activity templates (business activities or tasks) to a category to enable creating new activities.
Subcategories inherit the activity templates of their parent categories. You can also assign additional activity templates on a subcategory level.
