Development Components View
This view allows you to search for development components (DCs) based on:
● The DC name and DC vendor in multiple buildspaces.
● The activity used.
The result area displays the found DCs with the following details:
● Name: The name of the development component.
● Vendor: The organization which originally created the development component.
● Compile State: Shows a red light if there is some problem with the component. This could be a problem with the metadata or a problem with the content, for example because a build failed for one or more build variants.
● Metadata: Shows a red light if there is a problem with the component definition. Examples: component has references to non-existing components; component definition file cannot be read, etc.
● Cyclefree: Are there any cycle dependencies.
● Used DCs: The used DCs.
● Imported: True, if DC was built somewhere else
● Compartment: The SC compartment that contains this DC.
● Buildspace: The name of the containing CBS buildspace.
You can click the name of the DCs, compartments or buildspaces to see details of the respective object.
