Associating the Library with a Public Part 

Use

You associate the JAR file with a public part.

Prerequisites

●      A JAR file is added to the development component (DC).

●      A public part is created.

Procedure

...

       1.      Open the Resource Perspective and expand the DC project.

       2.      In the context menu of the JAR file, choose Development Component ® Add to Public Part.

       3.      Select the public part and choose OK.

Result

You have associated the library with a public part.
