Syntax

movedc <-s compartment> <-n DCName> <-v DCVendor>  <--targetcompartment target compartment> [-y] [--actname name of activity that contains the changes] [--actdesc description of activity that contains the changes]

Arguments

<-s compartment>

The name of the compartment in which the DC resides.

<-n DCName>

The name of the DC.

<-v DCVendor>

The vendor of the DC.

<--targetcompartment target compartment>

The new compartment of the specified DC.

[-y]

Confirms that if the DC to move has child DCs, these DCs are moved to the target compartment as well.

[--actname name of activity that contains the changes]

Name of the activity that contains the changes.

[--actdesc description of activity that contains the changes]

Description of the activity that contains the changes.

Description

Moves the selected DC.

This commands works for compartments with source state only. 

For changes in DTR activities are created an checked in.

You must have administrative privileges to integrate the activities in the target compartment.
