       2.      Prepare a list with the archive you want to deploy:

¡        To select SCAs/SDAs within your local network environment, choose  Add SCA/SDA to Deployment List (Local File Browser). Navigate to the archive location. Select the archive or the archives you want to deploy and click Choose. After the archive has been loaded, you see a list of information about the version, software type, number of dependencies, and the archive name.

¡        To select SCAs/SDAs from the file system of the SDM Server, choose  Add SCA/SDA to Deployment List (Server Side File Browser). Select the archive. Click Choose.

¡        To remove the selected archives from the deployment, choose  Delete SCA/SDA from Deployment List.

¡        To toggle the display of information about the vendor and location, choose  Show Additional Columns for Vendor and Location and  Hide Additional Columns for Vendor and Location.

¡        To display detailed information about an archive in a new screen, select an archive and choose  Show Information about SDA.

       6.      The SDM tells you that it is ready for deployment. Choose Start Deployment.

Note

If an error occurs and you have to perform the deployment again, deployments that were successfully performed are not repeated.

       7.      A message appears at the end of the deployment process. If the message says that the deployment was successful, choose Confirm to confirm the deployment. If there was an error, the message will provide information about it.
