Standard Selections
A selection comprises the criteria you use for selecting the business partners and contact persons that will form the target group of a campaign or trade promotion. Of the two types of selections, standard and advanced, the standard selection allows you to set the most basic criteria.
The name of the campaign or trade promotion for which you want to generate a result list is displayed on the Campaign or Trade Promotion tile of the Marketing/Selections tile set.
In the Marketing/Selections tile set on the Selections Details tile, you create a new selection header of the type Standard and save your entries. By selecting the hyperlink for your selection header on the Selections tile, you access the Marketing/Standard Selections tile set, where you can set the criteria for selecting the business partners and contact persons who will form the result list. For example, you can include members of an existing target group of a campaign or trade promotion in the selection criteria.
Once you have entered the selection criteria, select Search to generate a list of the business partners or contact persons matching the criteria. To save your search so that you can use it again later, choose Save.
