Restart Replication 
If an errors occurs when a personal catalog is replicated, you must, as the Web shop manager, reset the error status or trigger replication again.

1. Start transaction SA38.
2. Under Program, enter the report COM_PCAT_CVIEW_ERROR_ANALYSIS.

Make sure that the personal catalog has been replicated with the update replications of the original catalog that are planned periodically.
3. Choose Enter.
The report is displayed, and you can go from there to the following :
If you click on the traffic light, you can change the error status. Alternatively, you can select the field Set Status.
When you click on the name of the product catalog, product catalog management for this product catalog opens.
When you click on the log number, the log display opens.
4. Select the sold-to party number and select Start Replication, to restart replication.

1. Start transaction SLG1.
Here, you can see all of the logs that were generated during the copying process, when catalog view data was saved or when replication took place.
If the generation of a personal catalog fails, you can view these logs here. Since it is not possible to refer to a personal catalog, you do not have to consider the report COM_PCAT_CVIEW_ERROR_ANALYSIS.
The logs are saved as application logs in the database.
2. Under Object, enter COM_PRODUCT_CATALOG.
3. Under Sub object, enter COLLABORATIVE_VIEW.
4. Select Execute (F8), to call up further application logs which do not refer to a personal catalog.
