Definition

When you decide to use the standard directory structure, the directory structure below will be created on your machine when you install the ASCII Adapter.

Structure

The root directory is:

C:\Program Files\SAP\ASCII-Adapter

The program itself and the DLLs are located in the directory:

C:\Program Files\SAP\ASCII-Adapter\bin

Incoming ASCII data is written to the directory:

C:\Program Files\SAP\ASCII-Adapter\input

All log data is located in the directory:

C:\Program Files\SAP\ASCII Adapter\log

Outgoing ASCII data is written to the directory:

C:\Program Files\SAP\ASCII-Adapter\output

Parameter files CRMASCAD.PAR and CRMASCMLD.PAR are located in the directory:

C:\Program Files\SAP\ASCII-Adapter\param

The program to install and configure the ASCII Adapter is in the directory:

C:\Program Files\SAP\ASCII-Adapter\ConfigTool
