Background documentation Viewing Unprocessed Messages and Info Agents Locate the document in its SAP Library structure

There are two ways in which unprocessed messages can be viewed before you begin working with them. You can view them by site or by BDoc type.

Note

However, if you choose the BDoc type view, the Info Agents will not be displayed.

In a Site-based view, the list of all sites is displayed. Each site has two sub-folders, one displays the unprocessed message error information and the other displays the Info Agent information.

In the BDoc type view, a list of all BDoc messages for which at least one site has an unprocessed message, is displayed.

To toggle between the two views choose This graphic is explained in the accompanying text from the toolbar.

To view Info Agents, expand the Site name and then the Info Agents sub-folder. Double-click the Info Agents sub-folder to view all the Info Agents for that site.

To view details about the error(s) that occurred on the mobile client, choose This graphic is explained in the accompanying text.

Sending BDoc upgrades is one example where the BDoc type view can be used. During the process of sending the upgrades to clients, if the queue is blocked, then choosing the BDoc type view allows you to navigate to the BDoc type in question and make the changes. By default, the site view is displayed when you log in.

The site view is more useful when you know which mobile client has reported the problem so that you can go to that site ID and administer it.
