Authorization by Person Responsible 

Purpose

In campaign automation, the workflow samples that belong to the Campaign automation task set can be assigned to individual campaign elements.

The workflow Authorization by Person Responsible is used as a milestone in the process. The person responsible is required to oversee and monitor campaign execution.

 

Prerequisites

 

Classify the workflow sample as a general task. In addition, the possible processors must be specified for online task TS14008004 (authorization by person responsible), in order to clearly define the organizational responsibility for processing. Customer Relationship Management-> Marketing -> Marketing Planning and Campaign Management -> Campaign Automation -> Implement Workflow Customizing.

After starting the campaign, the workflows are scheduled/performed automatically. For this reason, no type linkages need to be made for this workflow sample.

 

 

Process flow for workflow WS14000065 (CRM_CA5)

 

The workflow Authorization by Person Responsible is used as a milestone in the process. The person responsible is required to oversee and monitor campaign execution. He/she can continue or stop execution of the campaign in a dialog. The authorizer can be specified via the Person responsible attribute of the campaign element, or via the Employee responsible partner function.

During campaign process modeling, the following campaign element data is checked: the Person responsible attribute or the Employee responsible partner function must exist. The employee entered there must be assigned a user.
