Use

You use the Workset: Info Center to read internal messages from different areas and to manage unstructured information. This also contains classification, taxonomy, and retrieval of the information.

Supplementary to working with the portal's CRM applications, with CRM Knowledge Management you only manage documents in the portal, and not data.

Documents include files with the following formats:

·        Microsoft Word

·        Microsoft Excel

·        Adobe Acrobat

This gives you quick access the information at any time.

Prerequisites

You have installed and configured the Info Center.
