Definition

Set type containing the descriptions created for an individual object. You can create descriptions for an individual object for all languages defined in the system.

Use

When creating individual objects, you can enter a description in the logon language, in the object header. In the Descriptions set type you can enter descriptions for all defined languages. When changing individual objects, however, a description can only be changed in the Descriptions set type. Descriptions can also be referenced from a reference product. Individual objects can also be saved without a description.
