Use

Customers can choose from the following payment methods when they order products:

     By invoice

     By credit card

Specifics for Channel Management

In the Collaborative Showroom, the payment choices a customer has are channel partner-specific, and depend on the payment methods permitted by each channel partner.

Invoicing always takes place by the brand owner to the partner and from the partner to the customer. In this way, the customer pays the partner directly, and not the brand owner directly. For this reason, customer credit card data must only be provided to the respective partner when payment is made using credit cards. Processing does not take place automatically via clearing, authorization, or invoicing service.
