Service Products 
A service product is a master record (product of type Service) that is used to represent services in SAP CRM. These can be internal services or services performed at a customer’s.
You can enter service products at item level in the service process to specify services requested by a customer.
Data, such as the
unit of measure or estimated duration for the performance of a service, is
defined in the service product. For general information about products in SAP
