BDoc Generator Inbound Service

It reads data from the BDoc' tables. This data is then moved from source tables to destination segments using Structure Mapper. Keygen Service is invoked to fill all the SFA keys and this data is put into inbound queue.

BDoc Generator Extract Service

This service extracts all the tables for a BDoc' transaction and then extracts the relevant data from each of these BDoc' temporary tables. Based on the data extract size specified, the parent records will be extracted. The respective children records for each parent record will be extracted too and this depends on the relation specified by the user in the BDoc’ details.

BDoc Generator Handover of data to flow control

It uses Structure Mapper data to create a BDoc layer message structure and calls inbound adapter function (Asynchronous flow of data) and places the message in a queue. On successful import of external data into the CRM system, the data which has been read from the BDoc' is deleted from the temporary table.
