Data Recording for E-Selling
Analytics 
The system can record your customer interactions using TeaLeaf Ô technology. The recorded data can then be used to analyze the customer’s behavior in the Web shop in the SAP Business Information Warehouse (BW).
These analyses can help you to find answers to the following questions, for example:

· Is my Web shop ergonomically designed?
· Are my advertising measures effective?
· What are my customers putting into their current transaction or shopping basket, and what are they deleting?
· Is there a connection between products that are deleted from the current transaction or shopping basket and bad product information?
· After how many visits to by Web shop does the customer buy something?
· You are using SAP BW.
· You are using TeaLeaf Ô.

1. The system records the following interactions:
¡ Registering in the Web shop
¡ Logging on to the Web shop
¡ Calling the Web catalog area
¡ Searching for products
¡ Calling a product
¡ Putting the product into the current transaction or shopping basket
¡ Deleting the product from the current transaction or shopping basket
¡ Changing the item in the current transaction or shopping basket
¡ Sending the order
2. The recorded event data is saved and is transferred to the TeaLeaf Ô capture server.
3. Data is transformed into a flat file text format (default is .csv-format).
4. Data is exported to SAP BW, where it can be analyzed.
