Canceling an Item in a Service Contract 

Use

You can use the action UBB: Cancel COA to cancel an item in a service contract. The item must have status Certificate of Acceptance for you to cancel it. When you start action UBB: Cancel COA, the system sets the status of the quotation to In Process. You can then accept the quotation again. The system sets the status of the item in the contract to Cancelled.

The UBB: Cancel COA action is performed at item level.
