Certificate of Acceptance 

Use

In this action, you create a service contract from all the released items in a quotation. When you execute the Certificate of Acceptance action, the system creates a copy of the UBB service quotation. The quotation and the contract contain the same data, but have different status values and different transaction categories. When you execute the Certificate of Acceptance action, the system assigns status Certificate of Acceptance to the service contract.

The Certificate of Acceptance action is executed at header level of the UBB service contract.

A certificate of acceptance does not represent an active UBB service contract.
