Scheduler Tasks for Time-Dependent
Publishing 
Two scheduler tasks are used for time-dependent publishing. They check at defined intervals whether documents are valid for the corresponding publication time period.

The time-dependent publishing service is activated.

You need to define the Content Management systems on which the scheduler tasks for time-dependent publishing are executed. You do this once. You can execute the tasks on a single Content Management system, or on different systems in order to achieve better load balancing.
To assign a Content Management system to the scheduler tasks, choose Content Management ® Global Services ® SchedulerTasks ® Check Valid From or Check Valid Until.
If required you can specify other times at which the tasks are to be carried out (see Scheduler Times). All other parameters are already preconfigured.
