Purpose

In CRM Enterprise, you can run reports for specific business partners and save the report results as PDF files. In Mobile Sales, you can retrieve these reports from CRM Enterprise either while the mobile client is connected to the server, or by creating an offline request. The report is stored locally as a special attachment on your laptop.

To display the fact sheet on the mobile client, you must make the same Customizing settings in both CRM Enterprise and the mobile client, otherwise you will receive an error message when trying to open the fact sheet in Mobile Sales. In the mobile system, Customizing settings are maintained in Mobile System Maintenance in the Business Partner Settings/Fact Sheet tile set.

Process Flow

...

       1.      In the Business Partner Settings/Fact Sheet tile set, you specify which form is used by the system for all users. On the tile Print Control of Fact Sheet, you must set the Active Flag for at least one entry.

The entries on this tile are downloaded from the CRM server table CRM_PRN_CONTROL with the customizing download object DNL_CUST_FACT. It is not possible for you to add or delete the entries on this tile.

       2.      The Fact Sheet Options tile contains entries that correspond to the entries on the tile Print Control of Fact Sheet. Check that at least one entry on this tile has the Active Flag set.

We recommend that you choose the same parameter as you set in CRM Enterprise. It is not possible for you to add or delete the entries on this tile.

       3.      In the Fact Sheet Parameter tile, specify the server connection data for the RFC call and the relevant login data. This simplifies the login process and connection when requesting fact sheets from the CRM server.

       4.      Specify the language in which the fact sheets should be created in the Language for Fact Sheets and Language for Fact Sheet Texts tiles.
