Excluding Entries 

Use

You can exclude certain entries from a future header/detail compare.

Procedure

...

    1.      On the CRM Server choose Architecture and Technology ® Middleware ® Data Exchange ® Synchronization ® Data Integrity Manager.

       2.      To display all DIMa instances on the right side of the screen, double-click on CRM Data Integrity Manager in the tree structure.

       3.      Double-click on the DIMa instance you want to exclude entries from.

The Results are displayed.

       4.      Select the results to be excluded.

       5.      Choose Exclude.

You have the following options:

Matching R/3 Value in DIMa Object	All entries matching the R/3 field value of the DIMa object
Matching CRM Value in DIMa Object	All entries matching the CRM field value of the DIMa object
Matching both Values in DIMa Object	All entries matching the R/3 field value and the CRM value of the  DIMa object
Matching R/3 Value in DIMa Instance	All entries matching the R/3 field value of the DIMa instance
Matching CRM Value in DIMa Instance	All entries matching the CRM field value of the DIMa instance
Matching both Values in DIMa Instance	All entries matching the R/3 field value and the CRM value of the DIMa instance

6.       Choose an option.

The entry is removed from the result table and can now be found under the Excluded Entries node in the tree structure.

To delete the entry from the exclusion, go to the Excluded Entries Node and choose Exclude.
