Procedure documentation Defining Requests Locate the document in its SAP Library structure

Use

You can define data requests from an R/3 backend or from the CRM database.

Note

The filter criteria defined for the initial data transfer from R/3 are taken into account automatically in requests.

This does not apply to filter criteria defined for table fields where a filter is set explicitly in the request.

Procedure

  1. Choose Middleware ® Data Exchange ® Synchronization ® Define Requests.
  2. This calls the function Filter Criteria for CRM Requests. Requests already defined are displayed here.
